IUCN Marine Biodiversity Matrix

NOTE: This site is still in "draft" stage! Please report any errors or bugs to lydia.slobodian@iucn.org.

This website has been set up by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), building on work by an international group of legal experts. The purpose of this website is to support the development of an international legally binding instrument on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biological diversity in areas beyond national jurisdiction.

We welcome contributions. The content of this website is intended to evolve.

Please follow the links on the side bar and on each page to access the suggestions for each section of the draft instrument.
